In this section, we have put together some of the most common questions asked by our students and parents.

  • An administration fee of $20 is required for every student upon signing up for the first time, regardless of the number of subjects enrolled in. It is also applicable for any subject which has been withdrawn and re-applied.

For Normal Class

  • A one-block deposit (4 lessons equivalent) and course fee for the commencement month are required for every subject applied.
  • There is no material fee charged to students. However, students are required to purchase assessment books when necessary.

For Premium Class (PSLE Mastery Program)

  • The course fee for the commencement term is required.
  • There is no material fee charged to students.

For Normal Class

  • Each deposit is equivalent to a fee of one Block (4 lessons), depending on level enrolled in and top-up is required when necessary.

For Premium Class (PSLE Mastery Program)

  • No deposit is required.

For Normal Class Only

  • Administration fee and deposit are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • The deposit will be used to offset the final fee payment for the final Block of lessons, only in the case when the termination notice is given by the due date.
  • Course fee will be pro-rated depending on the number of lessons left for the commencement month.
  • Payment can be made via cash, cheque or bank transfer.
  • For cheque payment, please do not issue post-dated cheque.
  • Course fee must be made in full by the due date as stipulated in the Term Schedule.

For Normal Class

  • Should any payment be made after the specified due date (as stated in the academic calendar), a late payment penalty of $20 will be imposed. If the outstanding fees and the late charges are not paid by the 1st lesson of the following Block, the deposit of the student will be forfeited with no further services rendered to the student and his/her account will be closed.
  • Note that parents/guardians are responsible in keeping track of when the fees are to be paid.

For Premium Class (PSLE Mastery Program)

  • Should any payment be made after the specified due date (as stated in the Term Schedule), a late payment penalty of $50 will be imposed. If the outstanding fees and the late charges are not paid by the 1st lesson of the new term, no further services will be rendered to the student.
  • Note that parents/guardians are responsible in keeping track of when the fees are to be paid.
  • A student should follow the class schedule as stated in the Term Schedule. There are no makeup lessons should they be missed.
  • There will be no lessons on Children’s Day, Youth Day, Teacher’s Day and certain public holidays, for example, Chinese New Year, Christmas, etc.
  • Lessons will be conducted strictly according to the Term Schedule unless otherwise stated by the management.

  • Lessons will follow strictly according to the Term Schedule for the school holidays.
  • The maximum class size is 10 students per classroom. Once a class reaches 10 students, no new registration is accepted.
  • Our lessons conducted and teaching materials are in line with the Ministry of Education’s (MOE) latest syllabus.

For Normal Class

  • A student/applicant participating in the "Per Block Payment" scheme who intends to terminate the tuition service can terminate the service only on the last lesson of the following "Block", and he/she must give notice of his/her intention by the due date in the Term Schedule.
  • The student/applicant must submit the "Withdrawal Form" to give notice of termination. Other means of notification such as verbal notification will not be accepted.

For Premium Class (PSLE Mastery Program)

  • A student/applicant participating in the "Per Term Payment" scheme who intends to terminate the tuition service at the end of the current term must give notice of his/her intention by the due date indicated in the Term Schedule.
  • A student/applicant participating in the "Per Block Payment" scheme who intends to terminate the tuition service can terminate the service only on the last lesson of the following "Block", and he/she must give notice of his/her intention by the due date in the Term Schedule.
  • The student/applicant must submit the "Withdrawal Form" to give notice of termination. Other means of notification such as verbal notification will not be accepted.
